Production Process

Hot rolled material is annealing in cold rolled annealing furnace and after pickling in acid.All mill rolls are grinded on precision grinding machine with proper chamfering after first shift operation.All sheets are pickled in different tanks and sheets are dried on brush roll machine before dispatch.These sheets are again annealing then sent to straighten machine for straightening and pickling in acid and send for packing according to size and quality.Inspection is done at various stages. By experience staff keeping proper control overall internal process via rolling, annealing, pickling, treatment of waste etc.Detailed Photos

--- We can cut the large steel plates by your requirements, but to the width and length your demand; --- We can make the surface of the cut steel plate to be bright by milling and grinding, also can make holes and make angle degrees. --- And can weld by your drawing. For the thickness under 30mm, we mainly cut by laser cutting; --- For thickness over 30mm, use OXY-cut, flame cutting. --- For the thickness 200mm steel plate, because during the flame cutting, the temperature is very high. --- So the cutting parts steel plate might be broken at the angle part, then our workers will repair the angles to be good condition.
Packaging & Shipping

Packaging	when each plate weight is under 1 ton, it will be in bundle with steel strips 2-4, when each plate weight is over 1ton, it will be piece by piece.
20 feet container contains dimension	Width under 2300mm, length under 6000mm
40 feet container contains dimension	Width under 2300mm, length under 12000mm
By bulk vessel	Freight charge is low by bulk cargo, and large heavy sizes can not be loaded into containers can shipping by bulk cargo

Q: Will you accept the customized and OEM product?
A: Yes, we can do the production based on your drawings and with your logo; also because we have very strong design and development team, so the feedback is very good for customized product.
Q: How about the MOQ? If my first order qty is small, will you accept?
A: We would like to do our best to support your trial order qty, so even 1 pc or 1 kg is ok to start cooperation; because we have confidence to move on second order with your esteemed company.
Q: What is your payment terms ?
A: Commonly two payment term for new customers:
1) 30% T/T as deposit , 70% balance against B/L copy; 2) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight;

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000 tons, so for common product size, just need 5 days from stocks; if the special size from new production, delivery 20-30 days.
Q: How about the samples ? is it free or extra fees?
A: Yes, we would like to supply the samples before order; if the samples from stock, it will be free; if the samples from new production, we will charge some reasonable cost, but this amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.
